Return & Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return Conditions
Items may be returned within 14 days after delivery provided that they are:
unworn
unused
undamaged
free from signs of use
All security tags or authenticity labels must remain attached to the returned item.
Items should preferably be returned in the original packaging. If the original packaging is no longer available, the item must be securely packed to ensure safe transport.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Send a return request to [info@lux-central.com](mailto:info@lux-central.com) including:
your order number
the reason for return
the name of the item(s)
photos if applicable
2. After reviewing your request, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
3. Carefully package the item(s) for return shipment.
4. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
Refunds
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have been informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
However, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the return shipping costs will be covered by Lux-Central.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
This may include items with custom engravings or personalized elements.

We may request photographic evidence in order to process the claim.
Inspection of Returns
Lux-Central reserves the right to refuse returns that:
have not been authorized in advance
do not comply with the return conditions stated above
Unauthorized returns may be sent back to the original shipping address.
